Twitter users are going to get good news in coming few days.Twitter users has a restriction to use few words  in their tweets,but coming few days twitter giving full freedom to express their feelings in their tweets.From 19-09-2016 onwards twitter users can avail this freedom.Actually this proposal announced in may month  but company ready to implement this proposal from coming 19-08-2016 onwards.
