Kevin Turen, a producer associated with HBO’s Euphoria and The Idol, has passed away at 44. As reported by Deadline, the cause of his death remains unknown. His sudden demise occurred over the weekend.

He took immense pride in his children. Alongside his wife, Evelina, they were dedicated to instilling strong values in their children and inspiring them to make a positive impact on the world. Our hearts ache for them, and the entire community feels the weight of this significant loss. Kevin will be greatly missed, and today, our town mourns the dimming of one of its most promising stars.
Born in New York City on August 16, 1979, Kevin pursued his passion for cinema by studying at Columbia University before making the move to Los Angeles. He formed close ties with Sam Levinson and Ashley Levinson, and collectively, they established Little Lamb Productions. This production company achieved acclaim for bringing forth the HBO drama series Euphoria, earning Zendaya two Emmy awards for her outstanding performance. The acclaimed series features a stellar cast including Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Alexa Demie, Sydney Sweeney, and Maude Apatow. Anticipated to commence production in December, the influential show is gearing up for its third season.
Additionally, Kevin played a pivotal role in producing The Idol, a creation of Sam Levinson, and the 2020 feature film Pieces of a Woman, featuring Vanessa Kirby, who earned an Academy Award nomination for her exceptional performance. Kevin’s collaboration extended to Ti West, where he produced X (2022) and Pearl (2022), the initial installments of the X trilogy, with Mia Goth in the lead role.
